cjmarsh725b14_ESO✭✭✭✭The best chances for a drop seems to come from the "high-end" containers. Things like cabinets, dressers, desks, and chests. I would suggest finding a building with a lot of those and going back regularly, as they will respawn periodically. But ultimately it's random, so good luck!0
