If you mean they’re spamming chat in game, right click their username and select ‘Report.’ That should bring up fields where you can specify that they’re a gold seller, then submit it and ZOS should take care of the rest. If that isn’t what you mean, please clarify.

    Hello!

As WhiteCoatSyndrome mentioned, you can report them in game. This will report their chat messages.

You can follow the steps to report for your platform: PC or Console.

I've reported so many gold sellers in the past, one in particular was reported amd still seen in game spamming chat for months. I haven't sewn any relief from them as they seem to have many accounts.

    I have reported gold sellers.
The same account always comes back.
ZOS needs to train the Chat Bot AI better so the AI Bot can just ban them.

I've been reporting them as cheating -> exploits, iirc. ZoS has consistently been sending me emails saying it was a violation and that they took action. Reporting them also automatically adds them to your ignore list. For the text of the report itself, I just copy/paste the entire line of their post in zone chat, using the pChat addon. It shows that they are in zone chat, the timestamp, their character name, account name, and text they posted. I don't add anything else in the report, since the chat line is self-explanatory.

I can’t check what the list of options is ATM, but I usually put ‘Goldseller!’ in the notes box in case my category selection is incorrect. IIRC there’s a screenshot checkbox too, so I usually make sure the chat text is visible on screen for the screenshot. It seems to have worked the last couple times I reported. 🤷‍♀️

Earlier this year I started seeing players spamming zone chat with messages that looked almost identical-- same spacing and bargain codes and eye-catching legendary mats-- as the ones for a certain gold-selling site, except they were advertising for a "Crowns exchange" server on Discord. I knew then that gold sellers were starting to infiltrate those Discord servers, and we're now seeing players being banned for buying Crowns through Discord because the people they bought from were gold sellers. :(

I've reported three recently and actually had an email back each time to say, "Yes, the action you reported is against TOS, thank you" - I think receiving the acknowledgement is great.
