tech support ignores my requests

I'm writing here because tech support ignores my requests and answers. I made the first appeal(241211-001366) about the forum account, they answered me and asked me to give some information that I gave, and remained unanswered for more than a week, this appeal still hangs in the status of “Pending Agent”. A week later I made another appeal(241223-001075) where I specified that I made an appeal and that I gave the necessary information and I am waiting for a response, and this appeal also remained unanswered. I have a feeling that the support ignores me on purpose
