This facial hair model apparantly exists so I ask to make this available to us players as a stand alone cosmetics and not only as a combination hood plus special face hair

But let's go back to topic: I really want this cosmetics as a stand alone collectible.0 -

✭✭✭✭In all technicality, this is a glitch.
This is a character using one of the heavy full beards (like Boar's Nest), but the external beard part isn't displaying properly with the hood so the only thing that's showing up is the painted-on part.
However... it actually does look good and we don't have a full-yet-cropped beard style, so it works in its own way.
As for "we should have [insert cosmetic here], the answer is always YES.7
