Just put it back or pick one morph. Honestly. There are very few interrupts in the game already and the one that is scribed has an absolutely pathetic range of 8m.

Toppling Charge is single target that always stuns the enemy and applies Off Balance. That's a great candidate for a taunt ability!
Explosive Charge, on the other hand, deals AoE damage, interrupting casting enemies, and seems more like the damage dealer or support morph. The problem is that this morph also increases the duration of Major Protection, making it a preferable candidate for a taunt ability.
Both morphs are already trying to be tanking abilities while only one of them is also trying to be useful for damage dealers and support players.
Here's what I think should change:
- The base morph, Focused Charge, should no longer taunt.
- The Explosive Charge morph should no longer taunt, since it is useful for damage dealers and support players due to the AoE interrupt and gap closer components. Remove the increased Major Protection duration.
- The Toppling Charge morph should keep the taunt, but also gain the increased duration of Major Protection that the other morph had.
This would reinforce Toppling Charge as a tank ability, while letting damage dealers and support players use Explosive Charge as a gap closer and AoE interrupt without stealing taunt.
