A friend of mine has been trying to make it onto the forums for well over 2 years. Periodically, we all give it a go to try to help him figure out what is going wrong but we fall short.
The ticket number provided may be an older ticket number, but it was the only one he could find on hand and we figured some starting point is better than nothing.
The forum signup system is pretty unintuitive and from my friends point of view, it seems like automation is keeping him in an endless loop, unable to move forward to creating his forum account and being able to interact on the forums.
Is there any way you all can help facilitate this? Any assistance would be very much appreciated.
