creepy red eyes at Gonfalon Bay dock??

I was just walking around Gonfalon dock area looking at all the little details as a relaxing break. I saw these red eyes in one of the ''holes'' (not sure on the exact word) in the walls. They disappeared after 5 or so seconds. I know they appear off and on because I saw them show up again when I tabbed back in as I was writing this post.

It's not an addon because I play 100% vanilla (other than Reshade but I'm 99.99% sure it wouldn't do something like this).

I did a quick google and found no one mentioning these. Has anyone else found them before?

They do sneak some atmosphere in here and there.

If you go to Labyrinthian, head up the first set of stairs, then go left all the way to the top, passed a couple of troll packs. There will be a little bridge to your left, with a caged door at the end, go take a look.

If anyone else wants to see them in-game, note that they sometimes go invisible. Wait long enough and they'll reappear.

I think I've seen these eyes somewhere else, too. In a cave. Somewhere in Blackwood, I think. Unfortunately, I can't remember where it was exactly. Maybe someone else does?
