I was abruptly banned without explanation -- this is an absolute insult and an insane waste time

I can't even log in to the website to view my open tickets, so I had to resort to submitting several tickets in the hopes at least a single one is viewed.

For the sake of the game, PLEASE stop the random, absurd bans for players that don't deserve it. As I mentioned in my ticket submission I had JUST bought and entire year's worth of ESO+. I've been a loyal supporter of the series, spending real money constantly to support the game. Should you all absentmindedly decide my ban was somehow justified, I'll be pursuing every avenue possible in order to get my money back.

    I got an email yesterday that I quit my membership and then 3 hours later another that I was banned for using third party software. Neither or these are correct. No more information. I left tickets and sent emails, no response either. I don't know what is going on, I barely play any more and all of my addons are the standard popular ones and downloaded through minion. This is very frustrating. My home is our guild house so more people are impacted than just me here.
