Is there currently a problem with code redemption/ESO+ payment confirmation emails?

I did not receive the usual confirmation email that my ESO+ membership had been renewed. I then realised that I also hadn't received an email confirming the twitch drop I got the other day.

I have never had this problem before. The email address is on my safe list and I received the login code for website account login just fine, which appears to come from the same address.

Is anyone else having this issue?

*EDIT* I looked through my emails and it seems I haven't been receiving these since August, (except for website account login codes). The last I received was my previous eso+ renewal at the end of July.

    Thanks for the fast response.

    I do not need help with my membership, I am able to log in to my account and see my status and billing history just fine and all is ok there.

    I am just concerned that I have suddenly stopped getting payment confirmation by email.

    I checked my bank account and see that the payment description has changed this time. Previously all payment descriptions were 'Zenimax Europe Limited' and now it is 'elderscrollsonline'.

    Considering this, is it possible there has been a back end change that has messed up the email system? I am in the UK if that is of any relevance
