Non-Sorcerer permanent pets?

Expert Summoner only checks for permanent pets now, but the patch notes specify it can still be triggered by Non-Sorcerer permanent pets.

What permanent Non-Sorcerer pets can Sorcerer even get?
Add a Scribing skill that works like Arcanist beam.

Veteran players have been alienated and disengaged from Overland since One Tamriel, due to the lack of difficulty, and pushed into dungeons and trials; the minority of content in the Elder Scrolls Online. We can't take the repetition anymore, fix Overland engagement for Vet players. I don't even care if it's not combat related anymore, just make Overland engaging again.
---
Overland difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 10 years. 6 paid expansions. 25 DLCs. 41 game changing updates including One Tamriel, an overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver & Gold as a "you think you do but you don't" - tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game. I'm bored of dungeons, I'm bored of trials; make a personal difficulty slider for overland. Make a self debuff mythic. Literally anything at this point.

I hope this includes the two permanent Dire Wolf pets from the Pack Leader morph. Expert Summoner has been a game changer for Sorcerer Werewolves because it changes depending on which morph of Werewolf Transformation you pick.

EDIT: I've just confirmed that Expert Summoner still works differently depending on whether you're transformed as a Werewolf Berserker or as a Pack Leader. In other words, with Expert Summoner, Pack Leader still gives you +10% Max Health, and Werewolf Berserker (and the base morph also) still gives you +10% Max Stamina and +10% Max Magicka.

PC/NA — Lone Werewolf, the Templar Khajiit Werewolf

Werewolf Should be Allowed to Sneak
Please give us Werewolf Skill Styles (for customizing our fur color), Grimoires/Scribing skills (to fill in the holes in our builds), and Companions (to transform with).

    The attronach ult mainly.

Also for some reason the ball from ball lightning counts as a pet so that also affected your gameplay when tanking some trials.

Expert Summoner: This passive now checks for permanent pets for its conditional effects, rather than any active pet. Note that non-Sorcerer based permanent pets will still count towards this check.

    Spoiler
This change was mainly done to help clean up some of the inconsistencies in the Sorcerer pet versus non-pet builds we've seen - where many "non-pet" builds still use the Summon Storm Atronach ultimate, as it doesn't have the same stipulations and game play experiences as the other permanent pets like Summon Winged Twilight do. Now, calling in your Atronach to help you out won't add or take away any of the passive power from this particular passive, so it can properly grant its effects to the right builds.

Yea so what does this mean? Any 'pet' like one from a set, is no longer buffed by the passive?

What does "won't add or take away any of the passive power from this particular passive" mean?

I noticed the patch notes said nothing about the class signature script, I'll check if that says permanent too when I get a chance.

Edit: Appears they missed this.. :(

currently this passive gives 10% health if you have a pet active or 10% mag+ stam if you don't. It doesn't buff pets, only you but in one of two separatae ways. On live, when a non-pet sorc drops atro or procs a pet set, their mag and stam drop and health increases, the reverts back when that ability or proc ends. Now, it will remain the mag+stam buff even when they do that. This change should do make no difference from live for pet sorcs.

Engine Guardian right? The most annoying thing you can possibly put on a Sorc right now.
