Update 43 Skill Styles RNG?

So I went looking for the Silver Bolts, Vibrant Yellow -Fragment of the Obsidian Scar.
I Killed the Group Boss a few times got regular drops each time, but not the fragment.
So anyone know if the fragments for the new skill styles are they RNG or are they borked?

    I thought maybe its not the group boss so made my way through all the bosses in the Public Dungeon - no Fragment drop

    It took me a few tries, but the fragment from Obsidian Scar eventually dropped from the group event boss. The other two group event bosses for the other two skill styles dropped their fragments on the first try, so I believe this is only an issue with this particular boss.

    Please give us Werewolf Skill Styles (for customizing our fur color), Grimoires/Scribing skills (to fill in the holes in our builds), and Companions (to transform with).
