Seabloom Villa...not available yet?

It's entirely possible that I'm blind, or missed some crucial bit of information... But where is Seabloom Villa? My understanding was that it would become available after today's update, and I don't see it anywhere. It isn't on Auridon's map, nor is it in the list of available houses, or in the crown store.

Found it. The map marker didn't appear until I rode up to the gate, behind the Seaside Scarp Camp in the southwest portion of the map.

However it still does not appear as being for sale; once inside the house there is no option to buy it either. I must have overlooked something from ZOS saying that there's a delay on the house being available, even though it was part of today's patch notes? Both the new houses should have been available after this morning's patch, from how I understand it. Is this not correct?

the patch notes say both new homes will be available post launch.
that's not immediate.

Haven of the Five Companions will be acquired through q4 events by purchasing 5 fragments which are 10 event tickets each.
Though you do also need the Molag Bal illusion pet to morph it into the house.

Seabloom Villa has a furnished version so it will likely eventually be in the crown store for 4-5k crowns like Lucky Cat's Landing as they are the same size and house category, medium and classic.
However it does have that book for new homeowners at the entrance so perhaps it'll soon be given away to promote the new House Tours feature.
but we don't know how it'll release until zos announces it.

I was also hoping for a quick/immediate release. Ever since seeing those floating islands I wanted to go up and build there.

Thank you Luna for the insight. I don't usually pay much attention to patch notes, so to see something on there that wasn't actually part of the patch seemed very odd. I can't see why patch notes would contain something that will happen in the future, and not what's part of the actual patch. Clearer language in the notes would be helpful.

i am guessing it might be a prize for the upcoming housing contest, it'll get an official announcement on September 4 so maybe we'll see then

Boy they don’t give us console people much time to prepare since we get our update the same day.

its like all the giveaways for the 10 year anniversary if its something you don't already own you are an absolute beginner or very lucky. 2 dungeons, a piece of land, animals riding or pet etc all already owned.

For some reason it does not show up for me under add-ons. Tried thru the console and PS store on my phone. Clicked on the link above and it doesn't show up. Any ideas.

We have raised the issue with our teams that some folks are having issue finding it on PlayStation for some reason. So we are working on getting info to hopefully improve that experience.

Use the search for “Elder Scrolls” and it shows up.

I think someone said it wasn’t under add-ons, I didn’t look at it closely.

That would be VERY ANNOYING if they gave it away in the near future after charging a bunch of players for it.

We’re getting crowns with that $5 purchase so the house could be considered free.

(Now I don’t want to start a discussion about free stuff again but I think you all know what I mean.)

There is no furnished version, the book in the entrance area of the house describes to the new owner how to furnish it.

I'm on PC.

I've looked everywhere in the crown store. I can't find this house and wanted to at least see it. Which category is it under? I even looked at the list of homes I don't own, but it's not there.

Did it get added and then removed from the game?

it is not in the crown store.

it is in the eso store (and all the other stores where you buy crowns).
