I would love to see more of Black March or a part of Elsweyr that isn't not touched by dragons.

Oh, if I could choose freely, there are a lot of locations... But I think the better question is: What's the most realistic chance? And I think, from all the hints we could collect within the last few years, it would probably be Skyrim again (Winterhold) or the Western coast of Hammerfell. I'm fine with both.

Some more of redwarden regions. They deserve more attention.

As do bosmers btw. Bosmer culture was not really focus of Gold Road and not enough to have Bosmers at the center of a dlc like the orcs got with Wrothgar or the dunmers with two entire chapters.

Hammerfell for sure, but also I’m moreso just hoping they go back to launching at least two zones per year.

ESO took a break with just one zone this year.

I'd love to explore Pyandonea at some point! There is already a bit of content with the Maormer in the game, and we've had some glimpses into their practices, architecture, style, and magic. Whatever we've seen with High Isle made me more curious about them, and I think it would be super fun to see how the developers further imagine Sea Elves' world and customs.

The "going forward" stuff from last year is the chapter, a couple of dungeons, and QOL in 3rd quarter, plus a "new system" in 4th quarter. This is probably going to go one for a few years, like the last change to releases did.

And I'm betting whatever 2025 will bring is already set in stone and halfway done. So at this point I'm not even hoping for something, or wishing it won't be stuff I'm not interested in.

I honestly think it's going to be Winterhold. There's so few snowy zones (half of Wrothgar, half of Eastmarch, and 75% of Solitude), plus we haven't been somewhere cold since Greymoor like 4 expansions ago. We're due for a primarily winter zone, plus we did just have autumn with Gold Road.

What I want would be more of southern Hammerfell for their tropical rainforests, the Tenmar Jungle/Forest, and/or more of Black Marsh for more sweet sweet Argonian lore, furniture, items, and everything the swamp has to offer. Also more Maormer content would be cool too.

Atmora is the continent north of Tamriel, it's supposed to be very cold and icey.

For those saying Pyandonea, I’m also super hyped to see it but also wouldn’t it be best to wait for (huge cope on my side) Elder Scrolls 6 to hopefully show us those regions through some sort of DLC instead?

The chance is very small of course. Visiting other continents of Nirn is a huge deal for the series though and so getting it through a true single player Elder Scrolls game seems like a way better method of visiting Pyandonea for the first time.

Most just afraid ESO will butcher something that is so long-awaited in the series. I think they’re doing well to fill out the map of Tamriel though.

Yeah I somewhat I agree but not totally.. we have what.. (may forget something)
Morrowind, DBH, Greymoor, Markarth, Blackwood, Gold Road and base game locations that were already depicted..
Summerset, Clockworkcity, Wrothgar, Thieves guild, Murkmire, Elsweyr/Dragonhold, High Isles, Necrom and some base locations as the new ones.. so it's not impossible..

I'm so hyped that the Beyond Skyrim team is going there.

It might not be canon, there is very little in canon about it after all and no one outside BGS/ZOS can really add to it, but I'm excited all the same.

I wouldn't mind one bit if ZOS boldly went where no BGS writer had gone before though.

A chance for Faramir, Captain of Gondor the ESO writing team, to show his their quality!

I want to see the rest of Skyrim, something like a Whiterun Chapter with a werewolf rework, they're outdated and the models look awful when you compare with the WW Behemoths.

Or Winterhold with a new guild skill line from the college, would be kinda cool too.

Something, anything, with more map would be nice. I loved the Gold Roadmap but there's just not enough of it. It had three different types of area in the zone but all of them could have been bigger and expanded. The map just feels so small.

I don't know what locations to hope for next at this point because I'm now worried they will also be too small and limited to do them justice.

Most just afraid ESO will butcher something that is so long-awaited in the series. I think they’re doing well to fill out the map of Tamriel though.

At the rate it's taking and given that each single player game only ever focuses on one country/region, I think most of us would be dead by the time Bethesda got around to doing Pyandonea or any continent outside Tamriel. Granted, previous games have introduced DLCs that have given us other regions/zones that are outside Tamriel, mainly daedric or islands, but none ever as big as a continent. Given that ES6 is already basically confirmed to be Hammerfell and maybe High Rock, which has already been covered in a previous single-player ES game, we still have so many immediate regions of Tamriel that we have yet to explore in the main series (outside of Arena) that would take precedent over Pyandonea.

The timeline we are looking at is maybe ES6 gets released around 2026-27 and comes with at most 2-3 DLCs released months after the other. Like you said, it would be huge copium to assume that one of those DLCs would be Pyandonea-based unless somehow Sea Elves have some large narrative in Hammerfell, which I just don't see happening. We'd most likely see a DLC focused on them in a Summerset/Valenwood singleplayer game and who knows when we will see those areas in the main series. After ES6 and their DLCs have concluded, we are looking at least 8-10 years before the next one gets released, and that is only if BGS expands to the point that they have previously said where they can have multiple teams working on their different franchises at the same time rather than one after the other; otherwise, we are looking at another 15-20 years before ES7 and so on.

So my hope is I'd rather see it get done by ESO, who has introduced fantastic lore and allowed us to visit many of those Tamriel spots for the first time, rather than hope for something that we will likely never get from the main studio, at least in our lifetime. Many of those zones that we have truly been able to experience for the first time, like Summerset, Elsweyr, High Isle, Valenwood, etc. have been some of my favorite zones and narratives, so I trust ZOS to not "butcher" it given their tremendous track record. I only hope other players will start giving ZOS the trust they have earned and deserve when it comes to those zones.

I'm actually eager for the choices I feel are most likely- either Hammerfell or Winterhold. I really, really want to see more redguard styles in terms of furniture and motifs.

Possibly even a re-make of the original redguard style that was omitted from the game as an antiquity motif, since I love the way it looks on both male and female characters. (I'm dying to have the original male light armor shirt. ;_; )
