Crown store gifting, support ignores ALL my tickets

My account got hacked and after restoring it i lost gifting option(i was inactive only two weeks because of it), support denied me and ignoring my answer and all other tickets.
What can i do in this case, zos, please help

    My account was created in 2021, there was no one case of tos breaking and now i play a lot of time(expect this too weeks of offline)

    Passed a lot of time and went back to eso, played all the new year holiday, finished two new trials, leveled up new character and champion points.

    I think we can set it so we receive emails on threads we create or we flag(I recall turning it off). It can help find these responses promptly. I am only saying this since it has been three months since Bill responded to help.

    You realize if your account security is compromised/you've ever been banned/penalized for it then that's LITERALLY the perfect reason to disable gifting since it could happen again? You weren't vigilant in your account security, you should be glad there aren't harsher consequences.

    There is no getting "hacked", ESO doesn't have some backdoor that a hacker utilized to enter your account through, at least not any widely publicized thing like that, you likely clicked a suspicious link without verifying, got malware and gave up your own security yourself.

    Now if they bought something with your crowns you already had then I do hope you get your refund, but I personally wouldn't trust your account with gifting after an incident like that if I was in any kind of position that could grant it.

    The mention of account security is a great point.

    1. NEVER use the same password for the game as is used for the email connected to the game. That is just giving hackers a free pass after they get the email password since they would go through the mail to find accounts linked to that email.

    2. In that same line of thought, NEVER reuse a password on any account you want to keep. Why make it easier for the hacker?

    3. Complex passwords are great. I use a password manager that works on both my phone and PC. Helps me keep things complex and unique.

    The situation probably happened because of low security of my old email box. Because i lost another service linked to it.
    Now I’m using much stronger password. Account was restored using the last numbers of credit card i payed for licence and some crowns, Last numbers of credit card, of course, aren’t shown even if account is stolen.
    So, if ZOS restored my account i think they was sure that I’m the owner.

    If ZOS want any other proofs of my account ownership i can provide it. There weren't any TOS violations and nothing was gifted from this account. And all tickets are ignored, i want to speak to a real support agent not bot

    All the security recommendations after restoring account were completed. All the account info is changed. Logins after october 2021 were made from the same device if you see User agent. Expect some of logins in summer 2024 because of hack mentioned higher. So, please, answer my ticket 250102-002488
