Syrabane's Ward mythic item so busted it is unusable

4.And now another one: When under effect of Negate, block animation is activated even though you are not holding block, so you cannot move until negate expires.

5. Dying while holding block causes block effect to remain active. This effect continues to persist even after rezzing yourself with a gem, so you cannot move until you are no longer in ghost form.
