Quickly blocking twice with Syrabane's Ward stops block.

What is happening?
Blocking twice results in not blocking even though you hold down block button, while wearing Syrabane's Ward mythic.
Expected behaviour?
Block should activate when holding block button.
How to reproduce?
Workaround?
Release block and press block again to activate block properly.
