Twitch drops for the update not being delievered

I've opened a ticket for this, but have never gotten any feedback. My spouse and I both watched 2+ hours of streaming and claimed our drops on Twitch when the update released on PC. We never got the confirmation emails nor the drops. Yesterday we once again watched 2+ hours and claimed the drops for the release on console. So far there hasn't been any confirmation emails or drops in the game. Our ESO and Twitch accounts are still linked, as they have been for the last 4 years. How do we get help resolving this issue????

This happened to my partner and me with the most recent drops. It turned out that Twitch saw our accounts as linked to ESO, but on ESO's website the game needed us to click "link" again for Twitch. I wonder if something about the recent account and system maintenances removed the link from ESO's perspective and Twitch's site doesn't reflect that.

This sounds promising, but I'm unclear on where you're saying you had to click "link" again. It would be so nice if ESO staff had just responded, even if with just a link to a page saying what needs to be done.

I figured it out. Yes, both of our accounts were unlinked from the ESO end. @#$%@#$%@#$%!!!!! I suppose that means we've lost out on the six drops.

If you claimed them on Twitch in time, they should be delivered next time you log into ESO. That’s the way it worked for us, days later. We claimed them at the time they completed on Twitch, but we didn’t relink on ZOS’s end for a few days.

If you don’t get them delivered in game but you have claimed them on Twitch, I would submit a support ticket and reply to the acknowledgment email with screenshots from Twitch attached.
