Stuck at attuning the Altar

As the title says. Somehow I cannot attune the altar. I am stuck in the questline.

Normally, you would see a grimoire for the soul skill line and three scripts to drag over from the right to the left boxes and that would complete the atunement when you make the skill. I wonder if you somehow missed the step of getting those items?

I'm stuck at the same point. Crow told me to get the crystal and once it was in place, told me to place my hands on the altar, and... nothing. My options are an empty Scribed Skill thing on the left, nothing under Grimoires, and Alt to exit.

Edit: I logged out and back in, had a message top right that said you have already unlicked this Grimoire, and now there's a Wield Soul book and if I click on that, three scripts.
