The label which describes the action performed by the "Interact With Environment" action is changing to an incorrect label, depending on what actions I've done previously. In other words, the label on the door is using the reference of the last label which was used.
After briefly looking at a chest, I discovered that someone locked me out of my house:
If that wasn't enough, after looking at an empty container, it appears my entire house is empty:
It's okay, though, because after looking at a container which I could steal from, I discovered that
I was the one who could steal from my own house:
Here's a few more interactions I could find.
After looting a rabbit, I was given the option to search my house:
After looking at a butterfly, I could take my house:
After looking at an NPC or my Companion, I could talk to my house:
After looking at a crafting station, I could "use" my door, rather than "open" it:
After looking at the Crafting Writs board, I could then examine my house:
After looking at a stealable object, I could then steal my house:
After looking at a Woodworking node, I could then cut my house:
After looking at a Blacksmithing or Jewelry Crafting node, I claim the house as my own:
After looking at an Alchemy or Clothing node, I could collect my house:
After looking to pickpocket someone, I could then pickpocket my own house:
After looking at the cart that takes me to Eastmarch, I could then travel to my own house, which seems reasonable enough:
And after looking at a fishing spot, I could even fish at my home:
Note that these labels are purely visual. I didn't have to lockpick my own door to get back in (although that would be very funny) and nothing special happens when I attempt to search, take, steal from, use, collect, examine, cut, mine, travel, fish at, pickpocket, or talk to my front door. The "empty" label doesn't actually affect the furnishings placed inside the home.
