So you do have to be on PC to claim access to the code. But once you have the code, you can redeem it on any platform. So console players can get the mount on their preferred console.

What about the Gamepass Ultimate one? Can a PC player get it somehow?
I mean I checked on their site (Xbox pc app) and it says:
"Requires The Elder Scrolls Online. Valid only for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One console, and Windows PC versions of the game. Claim by 6/2/2024. Redeem by 6/9/2024. 1 per account."
So can we get clarification on whether it would work, please? I recently subbed to PC Gamepass because of Hellblade 2 which I already finished anyways, I don't want to gamble on upgrading to Ultimate you understand... Or should I ask their support?

For those considering the subscription, be aware that GeForce Now does not support cloud streaming of ESO on Android or iOS. I purchased the day pass back in April and they wouldn't refund me.

That's odd - it let me sign up and download the app. I don't have ESO on Steam yet, so I can't test if it's possible to get the mount. It looks like it only works on Steam games downloaded onto the same PC as the app, so I don't really understand what the point is. If I could play ESO on my phone I'd be happy to pay for it!

ETA: So after signing up for this service and downloading it, it won't let me register for rewards. Thanks for nothing, ZOS! You know, I preferred it when you just ignored non-US players in these promotions, rather than letting us waste our time on something we can't access...

can't seem to get it in NA either. followed all the instructions and i got nothing. maybe it's not open for the free accounts yet. or maybe they ran out. i saw something somewhere about "first come, first served," but never saw any numbers mentioned. not sure how you run out of pixels >.>

Yea not great timing since ESO on Geforce NOW has been stuck in patching for many users making it unplayable since wednesday.

lol, doesn't work for me. Nvidia cant find the game, even when I point right to it.

Finally got it to give me the code. Nvidia site took it's sweet time recognizing that I'm a member. See this thread for help if you need it

I just wanted to verify that players who purchased the game through the official website instead of third parties such as Steam and Epic will be unable to get this reward without buying the game again?

Not sure if I am understanding that correctly but it seems like that is the case.

I've claimed it 2 days ago but haven't received anything yet. It's listed in my billing history just fine, it's accepted there.

Are more people having this problem? Normally codes are pretty instant.

No you can only Stream ESO using Geforce Now if you own it on Steam or Epic. But you should be able to claim the code on anything, no matter if it's a Steam or Epic version, from the website, or a console version.

I'm expecting my trouble is from claiming it during server downtime somehow, although that shouldn't matter.

Make a ticket. They added it to my account manually after I did, got it now. Apparently the claiming doesn't go correctly at times.
