Hi Kevin, I was away from elder scrolls online for so long that I was finally going to get on the game and play as I put so many years in and took a break. I had put a ticket in because my account was deleted and it was not by my choice someone had gotten access to my email and asked for the account to be deleted. It was my ex as she did it out of jealousy she also knew my secret information as it was stored in a note on my pc I kept it hidden but somehow
She found it.

My brother has been on the server and says he can enter my house etc and everything’s still there. Is there anyway I can give you the ticket number and all the account information but I know there has been instances where customer service has restored deleted accounts such as accounts that were deleted on the psn. There has to be a way to restore the account especially since the house still exists. I would really much like to get my account undeleted as I wouldn’t have approved something like that when I spent hundreds Of dollars on housing and items. If you can help I’ll give you the ticket number thank you.

this is the ticket number im using 240508-004010
and I included the ticket number where my ex had requested it to be deleted.

I would really love to not lose my hard work and invested time if at all possible and would be most appreciated if you could help. I included what i just sent in to the update of the ticket as well.

231222-003901 was the orginal ticket

I didnt request for it to be deleted but it was requested to be deleted by an ex-Girlfriend of mine who had access to my email account hence why the email change to this whyen i went back to play over the ten year anniversary i realized i couldnt log in and from there i found the email that she initiated the process. my issue was I kept my answers and questions as well as passwords saved to my pc and she was able to get into it with no problem. so no this wasnt by my choice offcially to be deleted as I loved playing the games and put over 5000 hour into it. my brother and friends have confirmed to me they can go on to the servers and walk into the house and all my items are in the house as well as all my stuff i have ever bought. I wouldnt have confirmed its deletion myself as i spent 120 for the vampire house or well near it. there has to be something you can do as i do know other peoples account have been undeleted before espically on the playstation network if there is anything you can do it would be most apperciated. thank you much!!!!
