Hello, I submitted my original ticket just minutes after mistakenly purchasing the wrong item from the Crown Store four days ago, and the intended purchase is due to be removed from the store in a few more days. I'm not sure if its availability is necessary for the ideal resolution of my issue or not (item swap or refund/repurchase), and was wondering if someone could look into it for me?
