Greetings,
please treat this discussion lighty mostly as wishlist, no matter You are casual player, RolePlay player, progressive player or PvP player, any community opinion and hopes always have chance to be implemented even if its astronomical small :)
I start with my wishlist regarding what enjoy me in ESO the most.
1. its nice if current and future companions will often comments most main story lines situations not only in dlc story but in base game too - this will be very nice immersive addition for players who like play solo or enjoy game story and that will show companions more enjoying
2. few more small/medium houses obtainable for gold and achievments - it will be great to have smaller houses for example in daedric, mora, or dwarven style
3. function to add emotes for housequests
4. increase stack limit for some items, like potions, poisons, food to 1000 for example
5. add juicy reward for infinite archive for example, something in Hermaeus Mora style like bookcase of infinite knowledge furniture to place in player house to store infinite amount of page motifs, style pages, food/furniture recipes

    1. Save progress in Infinite Archive.
    2. Hide tassets/hip plates. I know, what colour do you want your dragon.
    3. Agree - enthusiastically! - with emotes for houseguests
    4. Companion romance.

I wish - for the storyline - more NPC characters with personality and not this run-of-the-mill characters that you forget, after they gave you the quest. ESO once had memorable characters, because of excellent writing. I'm missing that in the last few dlc's.
This one has no regrets *Raz

    1) Modular homes like the Lunar Champion where players can add areas over time. Each module holding max furniture slots.
    2) Raise the max number of furnitures in homes.
    3) Just like PVP players have their areas, give RP players an area for RP, even if a small one :) I am not sure myself how this area would work but ideas could be: less npc so they stop bumping into people having conversations. Ability to turn into werewolf etc. and stay that way without being killed on sight, no guards, some interactable furniture especially all chairs and sofas, achievements for RP (for example times we stay in the area, joining an RP guild, etc.), homes that a person or guild can claim for a short period, just like the fortresses in Cyrodil, or smaller home in a village where people can buy homes in the same villages as if they were a community. Allow people to place portals in their homes that would connect to other homes, or to particular areas, so to create the feeling that they live in the same village, or that different homes are actually separate parts of the same home. Allow people to touch each other in RP areas just like you do in PVP areas. Allow people to emote some emote while sitting and not make them stand any time they look into their bag. Just a few ideas.
    4) Give people something like the oakensoul used to be, so to allow even players with differential abilities, and everybody who wants to but does not have the fastest internet and best computer, to do ALL end content, even if they have limited mobility.

I love the suggestions give by the others too, by the way.

Ability to put hats/circlets/helms on companions.
Ability to bring companions into homes with you.
Ability to ride your mount in homes.
Fix the Timbercrow Wanderer Costume diaper butt.
Solo instances for delves as an option upon entering - they are too crowded!
Stop putting crotch/butt/hip flappers on light armor and costumes.

In 2025, I hope we get a Grimoire for the Werewolf skill line, so Werewolf players can finally use the Scribing system themselves. I also hope we get more Skill Styles for Werewolf abilities, and in particular I'd like to change the fur color of Werewolf Transformation with a variety of Skill Styles.

I'd totally use a Werewolf or Vampire Companion if we got one next year, too. Ultimately, I'm hoping for an interesting Werewolf Companion that I'd want to adventure with. Regardless, I'm super excited to get more Companions.

And, of course, I'd love the ability to crouch/sneak in Werewolf form. Hopefully Werewolves will be able to fight Hollowjack next year without needing to revert form.

    Number 1, most definitely.

Would love some companion interaction with events going on in game.

Other games have done a phenomenal job of this, games like Inquisition and Baldurs Gate, and although there were parties to bounce dialogue off of each other, having your Companions communicate with important Quest NPCs could emulate that, or at least hearing their opinion about ongoing events would be something.

    1. Custom companions- build your own companion from the ground up, including looks (let us access our own collectibles on our account for their hair, makeup, body markings, jewelry, ext). Let us choose likes/dislikes/what gives positive and negative rapport from selections on a menu. Let me write my own dialogue for the companion's basic responses within the companion menu so that I can build my own story (provide a selection of basic dialogue for those who don't want to write themselves). No VA necessary for custom dialogue. Allow a selection of basic recruitment quests depending on the zone/alliance you want the companion to start from. Allow choice of basic VA for these quests.

    2. Companion hats/helmets. Let me equip major/minor adornments and hair styles to my companion. Let me equip tattoos/face markings.

    3. Let me purchase additional outfit slots for my companion.

    4. Hide belt function for characters. (We have a lot of chest pieces that weren't actually made for belts and have their own instead, which look awkward when covered by an additional belt.)

    5. Hide gloves function for characters.

    6. No more leathery textures on armor that's supposed to look like metal. No more motifs that look the same. No more flat looking armor. As a motif collector, I've been really bored with the last 3 expansions because the motifs have been so similar, but not only that, the quality has been low and lacking in detail.

    7. Crotch flaps. Annihilate them. Please. I originally was not in camp "get rid of crotch flaps" but the recent trend of not only having them everywhere, but having them stick up awkwardly, has converted me.

Once we get two more years of Companions (assuming 2 per year) would we be able to bring a group of 11 Companions to tackle a 12-man Trial by ourselves?

This is already too late. By this time, the entire development of the year 2025 is either complete or close to completion. But there is still a chance in 2026 :)

After 10 years, the game has to be updated, renewed because the game predictable and it is getting really boring.

    QoL

    - Save progress in Infinite Archive.
    - Rethink events.
+ Easier way to collect prev. years event rewards to collect.
+ New rewards in event containers, not collected items, not learned scribing elements, not known exacation leads, blueprints etc.
    - More inventory management targeted changes.
+ Delele all crafting row material fragments (style, trait, etc.)
+ low level potions, 1 scaling potion, changes like with repair kit and with soul gem.
+ Bank npc-s / assistants: Provide access to the house chests
+ Furnitire inventory. Tons of furniture, I just deposit guild banks, sell to merchant, destory because I don't have inventory, bank space to keep theese.
+ the worst part. the crafing Change the material usage order. First inventory, second bank, and last from craft bag. Without ESO+, I feel like I should delete this nightmare game.
    - Can collect all survery report at the same location
    - Add hireling style functionality to companions. Account wide feature. 1 companion daily once can open a treasure map, or collect survey report. There are tons of survey reports weekly basis. After all these years, it's horribly boring to go to 200 places again and again
    - Bank assistants, add guild trade option to all bank assistants.
    - Endeavors
+ Daily. There are 5 options to choose from. Let it stay that way, but there should be a 6th new option. Zone Boss fights, World events, etc. If some1 just want finish fast the daily endeavor, they can as now, but if some1 difficult to find members to do mimic or kill a boss in Wrothgar, maybe with this change has chance. All players who want to kill that boss, will finish easily endeavor daily like before, but will go to that zone too and try find other players to finish boss fight etc.
    - New house item: item set chest. You can open once a day and u get a not collected
    - New house item: lead chest. You can open once a day and u get a not kown (hidden entry) lead. Or not fully collected (9/15) lead.
    - Scribing balance, change scripts to unknown scripts. When you get a scripts that is an unknown focus, signature, affix script. Stackable. Thus it is only 3 space in bank, and when I use with a character I will get a new not known script.

    New features

    - Events
+ Fun boss fights like Hollowjack
+ Fun pvp matches: snowball fight, pumping fight, etc.
+ Event mobs in the world, with helpful rewards, scribing, leads, item stets etc.
    - Make jump more realistic, I can easily jump a fence, but in game sometimes it is an impossible scenario.
    - Jump + Climb = New jumping puzzle game mode. Explore old zones for hidden places for good rewards. Not in insaine GW2 style, but in lazy ESO style. New World has the opportunity for this game style, has jump and climb animation, but no hidden places + jumping puzzles.
    - Underwater content. Not like in other game, no underwater combat etc, it is just swim underwater. U can collect shells, pearls, other materials, visit hidden places. Underwater skill line, underwater skill bar, you can raise you skill line if you are swin underwater, or just in water surface. Faster swim, you can stay underwater longer. You can die, you are runnging out of air. You can visit hidden caves if you have skills. Its a different type of "jumping puzzle"
    - Instanced veteran public dungeon. 8 player content with bosses and mobs. You need kill all, and you get a chest. All bosses and all area is harder, but if you do this in instnaced party, you can get regular drop and regular achievements too.
    - Mount race, new skill line, with skill bar, you can raise that skill line when you ride on mount. Open world races, timed race, pvp race. You can annoy other players. This would be an event pvp mode too. See GW1 rollerbeetle racing.
    - Brawl, pub brawl, unarmed fight with new skill line, skill bar. You can fight with npc-s or with other players. NPC fight raise your skill line and unlock new skills
    - New vanquish option in dungeons. Kill all mobs and all boss.
    - Open world hard mode. Switch between normal as now, and hard mode. Hard mode is an instanced and no story no play alone. No trash loot. Made for 32 player, insane boss fights, world events. New achievements in HM.

60% cost increase poisons. No mag or stam, just over all cost.

Reduce streak movement speed to players sprint cap.

When off balance, players can be bashed out of block.

    Fix shielding in battlegrounds score.

8v8 match making done via dmg/healing/shielding of previous game. Stop grouping 6 Healers/shielders on one team.

Fix ambush, swap it's animation to any other gap closer in the entire game. Remove it's cast time.
Here $15, goat mount please. Not gambling or paying 45 : lol :
20% base speed for high ping players.
Streak moves you faster then speed cap.
They should of made 4v4v4v4 instead of 8v8.

    • A difficulty slider (or similar mechanic) for Overland content
    • Either a new weapon skill line, preferably One Handed & Rune, or a new guild skill line
    • New Class Sets from IA that are worth using, but aren't "overpowered" so that they won't be nerfed after one patch (I'm mostly looking forward to the Warden's Winter Embrace set, and hope it will be useful for DDs)
    • A Save feature for IA
    • Necromancer bug fixes, as well as QoL improvements for Blastbones (so that it procs sets and items like the Ring of the Pale Order, ignores effects like Negate/Silence etc.)
    • Good combat/ balance changes in general that help out underperforming classes/ playstyles
    • Hybridization to be completed
    • New additions to the Scribing system
    • Lastly, a new Solo Arena would be cool

    • A skill style for Grim Focus that removes the red glow (i.e. changes it for an invisible glow)
    • A skill style that allows me to hold a destruction staff like a restoration staff.
    • Training option in the infinite Archive that allows you to continue fighting the boss that ended your run.
    • An option to change house Categories, i.e give my classic home the decoration limits of a notable one, either via crowns or by swapping categories with a notable home I own.

*More rewards for progressing through the game, be it pve or pvp. Not just some random body markings. It's cool that we now have mounts as chapter completion rewards, but it would be cool to have more stuff we can earn in game.
*Better sets. It's stupid that the majority of the new sets, even trial sets, are not great. I know that ESO focuses on horizontal progression, but it wouldn't hurt to let your longtime players earn more power. I personally think that some vertical progression could make things more interesting.
*More playstyle choices. It is super annoying that hybridization cut the number of available builds in half and now every class plays the same. Give us more variety!
*More housing slots. I know that some people continue playing on super old systems but it's getting very limiting lately (not just for housing). At least make it so that indoor and outdoor areas have their own item count (they are separated by loading screens, after all).
*Better written and more serious/consequential quests. I guess I don't need to explain that one.
*Better new player experience. The game is extremely confusing for new players.

Number one would be a “known” filter in guild traders. It would save a lot of time.

This is a long shot but I would like either vastly increased drop rate of purple chapter/zone furnishing plans or the removal of base furnishing game plans from those loot tables. I’m tired of spending hours upon hours opening containers and getting worthless blue base game plans.

More zone content throughout the year like we used to have. For the first time ever I am getting bored in this game.
