How can I manually open the announcements that normally popup when I login?

I'm referring to the popup that scrolls horizontally upon login, not the notifications. I clicked on one of the free items to claim it, and the UI closed. Now, I can't find a way to open it again even after restarting the client. I've not logged on for a few days and wanted to look through it. I thought there was a button somewhere in the UI, but I can't find it.

freebie items are all claimed through the crown store, the announcement window would just take you there if it actually links properly

On PC, return to the announcements by doing the following:

Press the key: ESC
Click ANNOUNCEMENTS

OMG, I feel stupid. That's exactly what I needed. I work in tech; I feel really stupid knowing how easy it is to get there now. I even clicked on the control settings (to look for a keybind for it) just above "announcements" in that ESC menu and somehow didn't see it. I searched through all of the menus that are across the top of the screen and couldn't find it. No one in-game had an answer either. I knew I'd been in there before but couldn't remember how. I stop playing for a less than a week, and I'm back to a rookie when I logged in today. 🤦‍♂️
