Not banned but still locked

I haven't even logged into pts and my account is still locked, haven't received an email saying that I'm banned or unlocked. And still didn't get the new code

    Perhaps I misunderstand, but what code are you expecting if your lockout isn’t due to the PTS?
    You might want to submit a support ticket and then post the number here for someone to follow-up with you.

    You might want ti submit a support ticket and then post the number here for someone to follow-up with you.

    I don't know the exact reason why my account is locked but it was locked with all the accounts that was locked due to pts. Also I received the account lock email. Everyone got a new game code because they were locked and can't play. So I'm expecting them to send me a new code. I already submitted a support ticket. Replied to the account lock email but still no reply
