Putting the obvious $40 pay to win in PvP aside, I see more tank and ballgroup meta....which...I feel like we've had enough of in PvP.
Every chapter costs money and has sets or skill lines that are exclusive to the chapter.
My entire friend group has been waiting for Spellcrafting since 2014 because of its PvP implication.
As someone who has tested all of the craziest sounding Scribing skills on the PTS, none of them stand out as broken for PvP excluding the Templar Mastery because the biggest impact skills eat multiple seconds of cast time, meaning, no light attacks, no bash canceling, if you have to interrupt your ability you just threw away your global cooldowns.
There are countless new skills that add so much fun and different playstyles that have been absent from the game for a decade, and now PvP players can’t have them?
Yeah, not happening.

So you want Perma Defile and 8% max HP Oblivion DMG on a spammable?
Is scribing already available in live server?

so antiquities and mythics (which is tied to western skyrim, and several other chapters if you want to dig up all the leads) is not considered pay to win for pvp? lol
or how about any of the classes that are paid for?
and all the content that has gear tied to it (group dungeon dlc, chapter dlc, etc)
