I am one of those users with a locked account due to PTS. I created an alternative account and purchased a whole new copy of the game prior to the code being sent out. I thought, that my main account when it is rolled back, would be able to use this full new copy but I've been told by several users that it won't be.
Because of this, I've requested a refund for that purchase so that I may apply the code itself since it is free for affected users, and the newer version on my main account when it is unlocked. How long does this take? I have two tickets opened.
