Need clarification on the drop rules for perfected jewelry pieces in vet sunspire

Before I started regularly running VSS, I assumed that you had to do hard mode to get perfected jewelry pieces until I saw perfected false god's amulet drop for someone in loot log after the final boss was killed on vet non hm. My confusion comes from not knowing if this drop came from the final boss or the quest reward coffer. Are the jewelry pieces all on the fb's curation table with the rest of the weapons or are they just rare random drops from the fb? Does doing HM mean that some of the perfected jewelry is more likely to drop?

✭✭✭✭✭weapons and jewelry are always on last boss
the only trial that doesnt follow this rule that i know of is cloudrest, as you have to do a minimum of +2 in order to get the jewelryplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
