Unable to purchase crowns

Wife told me she was getting an error while trying to enter payment information, so I tried by logging into her account on my computer.

"Payment failure
A technical error occurred while we were trying to process your payment. Please try again or try another payment method."

Same message when trying on my account, all crown amounts, all payment methods.

Is the store broken? Not seeing an announcement about store maintenance.

    Difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 25 DLCs. 41 game changing updates including A Realm Reborn-tier overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver&Gold as a "you think you do but you don't"-tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game.

    PC.
    Difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 25 DLCs. 41 game changing updates including A Realm Reborn-tier overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter.     I've seen people saying similar as well on Reddit that they can't buy crowns

    For future reference though I personally was using the main website.

    How about we get the 24+ hour entire PvP server roll back issue up on the dev tracker? I know $ is important to you all so that is why you jumped on the crown store issue from this morning but PvP is literally unplayable and your lack of communication the issue, though not surprising, is disappointing at best.

    How about we get the 24+ hour entire PvP server roll back issue up on the dev tracker? I know $ is important to you all so that is why you jumped on the crown store issue from this morning but PvP is literally unplayable and your lack of communication the issue, though not surprising, is disappointing at best.

    We have received communication regarding other aspects of the game, such as this issue here about the PvP rollback issue:

    Looks like the issue was added to the Dev Tracker some time after that was mentioned. See this post:

    Still unable to buy Crowns. Just checked....confirmed with the card issuer - the issue is not on their end. PC NA from the official site from within my account.

    I hope they took the crown sale away because of issues they were having, and not because it's over. I didn't purchase any last night because so many friends were saying they weren't receiving theirs. I missed the sale because of this. for shame.
