just comeback from a longtime idk why my password dont work anymore
try to reset my password but need a secret question , and my answer dont look to match , so my old account is lock :(

    the support reply me 2 time but nothing go forward is a most to have a bot message :( and i provide all info request

    i`m still stuck with the same dam issue after providing all info credit card number account creation in 2014 ect,,,, is really disappointing idk why this need to be so always painfull with zenimax and the most no sense player from no where will make gm request to stole someone guild and you guy will ask any question and give him the guild dam i lost faith in humanity

    already check my spam folder and also dont have eso block

    these guy are not able to think 2 min because

    i send them a video showing nothing block the mail also giving them all info to contact me and nothing
    also asking them to send me everything via the site and nothing , all i have is bot reply for 3 dam day
