Poplocked campign, PC EU prime time.
Not a single keep being attacked for so much time.

Could you please tell us what is the max population?

Every single game that has instanced PvP tells players this very simple info.

    Why you hide it?
Tell us at least why you hide it.

Do Cyro treasure maps give dropsx2 like nodes?

Interestingly, the last surprise event did so, but the current event does not. However, Psijic portals in Cyrodiil are dropping two gear pieces.

I disconnected 3 times in 90 minutes during guild raid today. Once I couldn't successfully login until after a dozen login attempts with various errors starting with "this account is already logged in", to more than 10 "failed to establish a connection to the server" errors, and I think there was a third different error in there too, but I can't remember what it was. And of course, there was a 20 minute queue when I finally did get back into game, disrupting my ability to participate in the scheduled guild raid.

How is performance during a scheduled event this bad?

Why did ZOS stop doing what they used to do to increase performance during their PvP events?

Not even 100 comments on the official thread for the primary PvP event of the year. So sad.

Thanks ZOS for this event! I have enjoyed it!

I earned 3 event tickets for each day of the event, and hope to earn another 3 tomorrow before it ends at 10 AM EST. Got all of the Dovah style pages through drops and bought one from a guild store. Bought all the available fragments, and used left over event tickets to buy several bags of veterans glory/prior year stuff. All this from doing Cyrodiil and Imperial City daily PvE quests. I'm not doing any PvP in this event, but hopefully folks that are doing that during this event are having fun also!

Primary? There are other PvP events?

Yes. There are battleground events as well.

I enjoyed the event! I did mostly stick to less populated maps to do Cyrodiil and IC dailies, but I did engage more purposefully in PVP in Battlegrounds. I mostly engage in Battlegrounds during MYM and/or under 50 as there are more people at my not-quite-potato level, lol! There were a lot of close matches with first place contested between all three teams to the end! I had fun and got both Alliance skill lines to 7 on a new character. The boxes were good and I spent all my tickets on veterans grab bags as there are a lot of previous style pages I missed from the event. The only thing I would change is moving the terriers to the veteran grab bag as those have already dropped several iterations now.

Now that the event has ended for me I want to say this was the worst I have ever been.
The lower cap in Cyro is a joke and a slap in the face to all PvPers.
The fact you hide the number, while every other game that have instanced PvP say the numbers, is another joke and another slap in the face to PvPes.
The fact that you combat team says they are proud of what they have done with pvp is another joke and another slap in the face to PvPers.

Since I am tired of being thereatad like this I will stop here. See you in Q4 for the new PvP feature.
    Will it be another joke?

I've said it before and I will say it again - Please consider aligning the event start and end times with the daily quest resets.

I agree. It's stupid that I have to go out of my way to log in before work to get tickets on the last day of the event (which is only 4-5 hours long).

I agree. If ZOS isn't going to invest in Cyrodiil to raise the population cap and performance I'd rather not see another PvP event. It's just too frustrating.

I'm still mystified as to why ZOS is continually divesting in Cyrodiil. The only possible reason I can think of is server costs, but ZOS is a very profitable company, so even that doesn't make any sense.

And I disagree. Even though it was a laggy mess and I crashed several times and got stuck in a number of "Lost Lobby Connection" loops, I still made several million AP and hundreds of thousands of tel var.

If it's too frustrating, just don't participate. I'm looking forward to the next Mayhem later in the year.

For me the event was great, had a lot of fun. No crashes or lags. Can't wait for the next one.

Not being able to get into my home campaign to participate was the main problem, specifically. Pop caps are just way too low now. The current pop caps prevent people from participating in the events now more than the event encourages playing during the event. That's what I mean by being too frustrating.

Now if they'd just double the pop caps for the event, that would be a different story. But waiting in queue for 2 hours just isn't something I'm willing to do, as absolutely is the case if you tried to log on anywhere near prime time during this event. Neither are most other people interested in sitting through queue times as long as were common during the event this time around. ZOS absolutely could raise the caps for the event and do other things to improve event performance. That they choose not to reflects very poorly on the company, especially given how much unfulfilled lip service the PvP community has gotten in the last 6 years.
