Did someone get their sums wrong?

Days 2 through 7 yield a total of 525 SoE. That's enough to buy one Fine reward or one Common reward, either of which will cost 360 SoE.

That means the login reward for those six days combined amounts to something like 1 crown soul gem, or 1 riding lesson, or 1 crown meal, (with 165 SoE left over).

I believe you get a better deal saving the SoE up for higher level items (there was a thread with detailed breakdown a while back) — combine them at least with the rest of the SoE you’ll earn over the month!

Having so many days with SoE rewards isn't as good as it sounds (as someone mentioned above), because the SoE currency is worth as much as the currencies of some countries with hyperinflation, or as much as frequent flyer points. So in my opinion, it makes this month's rewards a bit disappointing.

But the Gem items can’t be directly bought with real currency and we’re otherwise capped on how fast we can earn SoE, so I’m happy to receive them! A variety of rewards different months are nice — houseguests, mounts, crates, tri-pots, currencies, etc.

if you look at the normal rates of endeavor earnings per week

worse case for daily endeavor is 10 per, this amounts to 210 seals of endeavor for a 7 day period (if every day was 10)
best cast for endeavors are 15 per, which would amount to 315 endeavors over a 7 day period (if every day was 15)

so the avg per week from daily endeavor is about 250-280

then you have the weekly endeavor, which on avg grants 180-220

so the amount of endeavors we are getting from the daily logins amounts to basically a full extra weeks worth of seals of endeavor, just for logging in instead of doing the menial tasks

it definitely adds up when your trying to accumulate them for the "next item of interest" from the crates

The launcher has a link to the daily login rewards for March 2024. We're getting scalecaller crates. These show having the frostbane mounts as a possible reward. Will they also (possibly) contain the frostbane pony?

unless zos adds the Frostbane pony to the crates retroactively i doubt.
It's not currently a part of the crates.

but it could be in the crown store in early March.
The March Crown Store Showcase is probably tomorrow so we'll see then.
