How do you change/add a Profile picture to your Forum page?

I'm on my PC now and found the Edit Profile but I want to put my own picture on there NOT a Avatar.

We are unable to do that. There's a few old old forum accounts that have their own profile photos but I'm not sure how they were able to do that.

As mentioned above, you are not able to add your own profile pictures for your forum account. You must choose from the picture choices provided.
