Having problems with customer support
I purchased 2 packs of crowns 5 days ago from the PSN store and only received one pack. I filled a ticket in game, the first response from support was to wait 24-72 hours and contact them again if I haven’t received them after 72 hours. Which I did after waiting 72 hours and still not receiving the crowns. They then replied to send proof of purchase and psn account information. After sending the required information they responded that they would “escalate my case to a specialized team which should be reaching out shortly”. It has now been 48 hours since that response and I still haven’t gotten contacted by anyone. The ticket number is 231202-004355. Any help would be appreciated, as I said it has been 5 days total now and this is beginning to be a frustrating and off putting experience.
