Can any please tell me why I am not able to login to my account here on the website?

I was trying to update my ESO+ sub, but everytime I click on on the "Account" tab, it gives me an error. Or it says it's on maintenance. Is this a server issue? I tried to web browsers for this Chrome and Opera GX. Same issue.
