I need to make a purchase of crowns to I could purchase crates and accessories in-game. Using my laptop, I received a message that because I was logging in with a different computer/browser, I needed to verify my identity by entering a code sent to my e-mail address on the account. I received the same message on my desktop and YET I have logged in to the store on BOTH pieces of hardware in the past. The only reason I can think as to why I cannot receive the code being sent is that my e-mail hosting company [Optimum] changed my e-mail address from
@optonline.net to
@optimum.net HOWEVER I have been receiving e-mails from every other sending address. How can I change the e-mail address associated with my ESO Crown Store Account?! In addition to losing the ability to purchase in-game items, I won't be able to renew my ESO Plus Membership, when due!! Any help from ESO Support would be hugely appreciated.
[luckily I have no issues logging into the game]
