Trying to buy Necrom isn't going well

There's a Necrom sale today. I'm trying to buy it. The transaction isn't going through. Error messages suggest the account system is overloaded or otherwise down.

I'm on PC/NA.

Well, the good news is that ZoS accepted my money for Necrom. The bad news is that my characters still can't go to the Telvanni Peninsula because I supposedly lack Necrom,

Edit: The latter part stopped being true after I closed and reopened the game.

It just hung for a long time, and eventually gave a message of the whole account system being unavailable. This happened multiple times in various similar forms.

Half an hour or so later, however, I tried again, and that time it worked.

So yes -- it's resolved for me now. But I think your store was overstressed or something for a while there.
