Yes, it's been doing this to me since around 11:30 Eastern time.
I was on and playing just fine for about an hour before that, but logged out to go out to run some errands, when I cam back to try and get on and play some more to finish up my dailies, this happened, and it still is as I write this.

ptu779_ESO✭✭While I was able to get in at 11am EST, I knew I'd have errands to run but didn't know about the influx of players from the Epic Game Store.
Now I'm in a loop of a short login queue then I meet Error 103 (4:5:287:0) and have to force quit the game.
Doesn't feel great but I guess I'll just try now and then for a successful attempt.1 -
Still unable to log in to PC-EU, even after client restart.
15 min queue ended at 1sec, where it remains now for 10min and counting.0 -

illusiouk✭✭✭I don't know what is worse this or the soul destroying combat bug where can't mount or change items in my inventory. Maybe this login error is a blessing and saving us from the dreaded CB, who knows !
