Login Queue - Error 103 - Blank (PC EU)

Trying to log in and getting a queue (around a minute so no issue). When that queue is done, I then get Error 103: Failed to obtain server connection information. Whichever option I select after that I end up with just a background image and no buttons or menu at all and no way to do anything but alt-F4.

Was in game until I tried to travel to belkarth. Got kicked off.. cannot log back into the game at all.

This happens to me EVERY night now! Booted, try to relog, get "queued" then error and can not log in for at least 5 minutes.

Launcher repair does not fix it.

Has been happening for over a month now. PLEASE FIX, ZOS!

I actually quoted the post from Zeni saying that error 103 is due to server overload and the post "disappeared".

Seeing as I had it copied to a document file so I could check the spelling before posting I re-post (in the expectation that this might not "disappear"...)

Seems the servers can not cope:

103 - Failed to obtain server connection information.

If you encounter this error, we recommend you to wait for a period of 10 minutes and then attempt to login again. This error can occur in moments of extraordinarily high login volumes.

Got booted and now in a 12 hour queue. My 1 evening off work after 3 x 14 hour shifts.

I've been getting a very short queue since yesterday (seconds). Assumed it was because of the arcanist event.

Got kicked out of the game once earlier today and again now. Can't currently get back in.

I have login issues since yesterday, too. Login leads to errors or login queue freezes at some 1 or 2 seconds and it wont continue. I repaired game, restarted pc and router and cannot do anything more.

Try to log in.... 40 min queue. Been waiting 25ish mins so far and it says 3mins left. (PC EU)

Restarting the launcher didn't solve the issue.

I started noticing Queue logins yesterday, they were a few seconds long and then logged me in.

Today the Queue' are still there but longer 6 to 7 mins the timer is running but I canceled out, tried logging in a few time's until I got a login error. This is not a PC issue it's definitely a server error, I've been a database tech and have run my own servers for an online radio station I own and a couple of HALO servers back in the day. This is a login issue in the server if you ask me.

Granted I saw a lot more people in the game last night, more than I've seen in a while ,

Anyway. I log in ever day and play for hours at all times of the day. This issue is new one fro me.

I got this "Error 103: Failed to obtain server connection information" twice earlier, first time was after a 12 minute queue and then again after I relogged into a 15 minute queue!

In addition to the fact that the queue is longer than ever, I did get the error 103.

Generally, your system allows for us to keep the progress in the queue afterward, here no such thing, we get the 103 error and must do the WHOLE queue again.

To simply put it, it's impossible to log in.

I got the same problem.

I have been trying to login to the game for one hour now. Each time, it puts me in a 30 minute queue. And after that, it shows a popup with the error "103 - Failed to obtain server connection information". Now I am trying to login again, after waiting 1 HOUR, and it states that I am in queue and that the estimate time to wait is 1 HOUR AND 23 MINUTES!!!

This is unnaceptable.

It was annoying when the queue was 1 second. With 1 hour queues this is just unacceptable.

There is the same issue on the NA server.

I have characters on both servers AND in all my EIGHT years PAYING and playing I have NEVER been in a queue up to 25 mins... so what the hell is going on.

WHAT HAS CHANGED... that's what I want to know, because this is turning into a 2nd rate service....
