Anyone else getting this, PC EU?

Yes. I had a stated 38 minute log in to PC/EU, but it only actually took about 18 minutes to get through the queue.

It has become a tiresome daily thing for me, each day ranging from a min to 16 mins ever since the game went free on Epic store. Can the poor old servers even handle so much traffic or capacity of players?

The problem with the queue (which might be due to the free play event?) is that you wait through the 16 minute queue, only to sometimes get disconnected (error 103). So you try to login again (PC/EU) and get ANOTHER 15 minute queue, not knowing if you will be able to actually play at the end of it or not...

Update: Yay! I eventually got in to the character screen (PC/EU).

The "skip queue service" is not on the list, so no you don't pay to not be in a queue. Everything you pay for you get access to, the moment you're logged in.

Who is true, but I say first boarding or fast pass tend to be part of premium services.
And no I have no issue with this or even ESO+ being an bonus if you spend a lot in the crown store like buying an premium house.

As a different opinion I am actually glad ESO is such a popular game, let's hope this allows ZOS to massively improve and expand the game in years to come!

Thanks for the unnecessary pedantry but I think you completely misunderstood my point so let me try to clear up your misconceptions.

Zos were and are aware of the impact on their services with numbers involved and they should and could make adequate provision for that. This has nothing to do with sub (but I'd rather hope that, at least, as a courtesy they'd prioritise those who consitently support the game) but, apparently they've prioritised the new free epic players, although evidence for this is anecdotal. It has everything to do with providing a service which meets the twin criteria of 'fit for purpose' and of 'satisfactory quality'. In my opinion the queue implementation, without warning, explanation or apparent attempt to mitigate fails the satisfactory quality criterion. This is why I am at this point a 'super-unhappy customer unimpressed and dissatisfied with zos'.

It's all good, though, from their perspective, I suppose: without expending resources to meet demand they can just allow this broken system to self-regulate as disenchanted long term players once again are forced to face how much their custom is really valued and finally just leave, taking their cash with them.

Permanent login queue issues, yeah getting that. I have been unable to log in at all today, as get to end of queue and well screen sits there at the queue screen saying 1 second to go, i sat earlier for 30 mins waiting, but no, no joy.

Started with a 13 min queue, about 15 mins ago.

It's now at 7 mins.

It's taken 15 mins to count down 6 mins.......

Seems legit.

Ouch... another day another queue. This is the price of the free eso+ trial? I'd rather imagine that it could lose existing subscribers, let alone put prospective ones off.

Edit: 15 min queue failed with approx. 8 mins left followed by error 108 followed by blank screen. Started over to get an 18 min queue. /facepalm

Seems to be between 1 sec and 22 min for me. Just enough time to log in to STO and do my dailies, but it would be better if we didn't have a queue at all.

Been sitting at 3 sec for 10 minutes now.

Had to wait 20 minutes until I was able to login. Spend 10 minutes online and right in the middle of showing my hammerdeath bungalow to a friend when I got kicked again. Am now faced with a 14 min. timer.
Yesterday I spent over an hour in the queue. Always happens past 9pm GMT +2

We've had issues during the F2P events before, this time it might be a little bit worse due to the wave of Epic Games accounts now being added to the prime time. I was a little afraid this would happen but then remembered that we upgraded the server hardware for PC EU and NA already. Perhaps the servers couldn't take it. Perhaps it's something entirely different.

I just really hope that the issue fixes itself with the end of this event or by the hands of IT soon.

10 minutes queue 22:50 central European time. Was kicked earlier because learning alchemy on my arcanist.
Again if you can not have enough servers because you are cheap give ESO+ players an bypass.
You loose the free to play epic players by this anyway.

Logged in this evening to be placed into a 12 min queue which ended in a "Error 103: Failed to obtain server connection information" and having to exit the game, log back in again only to be placed into a 15 min queue! Yeah, this is really good fun ZOS!

EDIT: The second queue ended with another "Error 103: Failed to obtain server connection information"! Seems I'm not going to be allowed to play ESO tonight! Pointless complaining because, as we all know, ZOS won't actually do anything about this!

Through out the day, I was logging in at different hours:
- In the morning, it was all fine - no queue.
- Later in the afternoon I stumbled upon 17 minute queue.
- 4 hours later I had no queue.
- In the evening I had 10 minute.

Idk what is causing that, but I would not be surprised if it was the combination of the following factors:
- Weekend.
- In-game Event.
- Game was free to get for a short time on Epic.
- ESO Plus Free Trial.

I like how 1 sec in Queue is really minutes long. I waited 5 mins then it kicked me out of Queue and posted an error. Now the game screen is frozen.
