The PC EU server is a mess. Between the disconnections and the recent 1-second login queues, one has to wonder how the servers were actually upgraded. And yes, I am currently in a five-minute queue.
I'm subbed and I am REALLY not ok with being put in a damn queue! People who PAY for a sub should be put in priority in queues!

In my experience in online gaming, login servers are separate from game servers. Since it's not a frequent problem in ESO I don't have a frame of reference to say how "bad" the servers are, but the upgraded servers are likely not the same servers as the login servers.

Well login problems are a frequent problem on EU servers. Prime time, almost identical time zones... its a frequent occurence that EU login servers struggle or die, especially on weekends compared to NA Server, where time zones are more spread out.
The problem with that idea is there's no way to make it fair. I also pay for the sub, but I wouldn't expect to be placed in the queue ahead of another player who'd been playing ESO since 2014. You could argue that long term players should have priority in the queues.I'm subbed and I am REALLY not ok with being put in a damn queue! Thought Kenshi was the only game you could loose limbs, now this is an benefit in endgame as high end robotic limbs are better. The delay is crazy !!
I will be forced to return to Diablo 4 to see if Blizzard have amputated my legs, since I last logged in. They are doing that sort of thing quite a lot at the moment.

This.
queues are not acceptable. there should be adequate provision for services we are paying for.
super-unhappy customer unimpressed and dissatisfied with zos
pc-eu (and pc-na is fine so influx of new players? very much doubt it as both servers would be affected but clearly are not).
