1. When you do something like a free giveaway(epic) then bloody make sure your serveres can handle it!!!
2. People who pay subscription should have priority in login, thats just freakin logic !

✭✭The PC EU server is a mess. Between the disconnections and the recent 1-second login queues, one has to wonder how the servers were actually upgraded. And yes, I am currently in a five-minute queue.
In my experience in online gaming, login servers are separate from game servers. Since it's not a frequent problem in ESO I don't have a frame of reference to say how "bad" the servers are, but the upgraded servers are likely not the same servers as the login servers.0 -

From ZOS point of view this is nonsense, you are already a customer, so rather the potential new customers must be preferred so that they are not deterred! ;-)

Well login problems are a frequent problem on EU servers. Prime time, almost identical time zones... its a frequent occurence that EU login servers struggle or die, especially on weekends compared to NA Server, where time zones are more spread out.PC/EU1 -

They should investigate login server health then as they potentially overlooked upgrading them.0 -

The problem with that idea is there's no way to make it fair. I also pay for the sub, but I wouldn't expect to be placed in the queue ahead of another player who'd been playing ESO since 2014. Thought Kenshi was the only game you could loose limbs, now this is an benefit in endgame as high end robotic limbs are better.The delay is crazy !!

pc-eu (and pc-na is fine so influx of new players? very much doubt it as both servers would be affected but clearly are not).
