Can't Scroll at Character Creation

Like Title says, at Character Creation, I can not scroll in to get a better view of the Head. It has always worked in the Beta, mouse wheel, Pic Up/Down nor pressing the onscreen +/-, just nothing works. This is a really big issue if you ask me and this should be fixed asap...
