Issue with Ember's Rapport Achievement, Ticket # Included

Hi there!
I submitted a ticket regarding this issue on 6-17-2023, but have not yet received a response.
Reference Number: 230617-001561

I noticed that even once Ember's rapport was at it's max, I was not receiving credit for the achievement.

After reading such threads as this ( https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/635481/problems-with-bastians-and-mirris-achievements ) I believe I have been affected by this bug.
Please advise.
