Maintenance for the week of November 17:
• PC/Mac: No maintenance – November 17
• ESO Store and Account System for maintenance – November 17, 6:00AM EST (11:00 UTC) - 4:00PM EST (21:00 UTC)
• Xbox: NA and EU megaservers for maintenance – November 19, 4:00AM EST (9:00 UTC) - 12:00PM EST (17:00 UTC)
Repeatedly login issue because of unknown IP address
I wonder if I'm the only one with this problem or if there are others: When ESO starts up, the message appears that the IP address must be confirmed and that I will receive an access code.
Only to me that code does not arrive (not even after waiting 10 minutes as stated in the FAQ).
What do you do to log in or do you receive that email?
