Champions of Guardians quest bug in Glenumbra. anyway to fix it?

Hello, i am stuck on the zone main quest line in Glenumbra because i cant talk to Wyress Madenn, many other players standing around that cant too. I have logged in and out and tried for 2 days but still cant. Is there anyway to fix this quest bug for the Champions of Guardians quest? thanks for your help
