Pre order bonues?

I got the imperial version pre order and played in beta but not all of the free stuff is there.
i have the ring of mara mail, the beta monkey and the ability to play any race any alience (including imperial) but i did not have the mail for the mudcrab pet, treasure maps, stutler pet. do i not get these till it is proply lanched 'cause im confused.

Hey there, guys! You will not receive the Explorer's Pack bonuses until launch day on April 4, aside from the ability to select any race in any alliance. If you pre-purchased the Imperial Edition of ESO, rest assured, you should have access to those bonuses during Early Access. If you don't, be sure to let us know so we can submit a help ticket. I ordered the Imp Edition from Green Man. The only thing missing is the mudcrab pet and the other "Explorer Pack" items (which I believe will arrive after the early access). Is the mudcrab pet even included anymore in the Imp Edition since I have not seen one after two days of logging in?

the only thing im missing then is the mudcrab as well but the did not have that on the list of what we can use in early access so im gessing that comes out on the 4th
