goal : rendez-vous with Sir Stephan Mornard
--- when i got of Captain Siravaen boat, Sir stephan is there but dialog do nothing, he keep saying .... by the green ..... but the quest does not advance
In case this matter : i am not in group, playing solo with Ember (PC NA)
UPDATE : i abandoned the quest and could finish on second try
