With nerfs of HA builds in PVP - give pls to lightning users some thing, to make it playable in PVP

I see more lightning heavies than inferno or resto right now so it can't be that bad.

all the heavies complains that were, came and come from weaker players that don't understand that to deal proper damage with a heavy attack you have to press same buttons as other builds.

u had to activate same buffs debuffs like other builds. Major sorcery, breach, any other buffs like vulnerabilty. Also take care of ur defense with a hot and buff. And then also u had to add empower before it.
Without all these u were ignorable or easy kill, or both.

what's the effort difference between a cloaking nb ganking u with heavy incap surprise spin? oh it's ranged, but in this case u have reaction time
