[Bug] The Duke's Temporary command is missing a basement.

I apologise if this is in the wrong place, but its a pretty bad bug. In the town of Aldcroft, in the building "Duke's Temporary command", the house is literally missing a basement. You can walk down the stairs just fine, but at the bottom of the stairs the entire room where the basement is is full on white. If you step into the white, your character plummets forever through the map.
