Whatever you did to PS EU, please undo it, this is embarrassing!

Gray Host, Cyrodiil, PS EU.

I have to wait 5 seconds after rolldodge to use abilities, the bar just stays black. And then i have to press 5 or 6 times for an ability to work. And i am not the only one. Everyone in chat is ranting about the state of this game.

Please can you pay someone to fix this with the money we all payed you? Thank you very much.

Thank you very much for trying to help.

But this is not a "latency issue" that i can solve on my side. This is a new problem that came with maintenance in 03.August 2022. For all the players on Gray Host, at least on Playstation EU.

As a direct consequence Gray Host campaign has been empty since the maitenance in the middle of the PvP event. Everyone moved to Blackreach, where the performance has stayed the same as before the maintenance.

Do you have people who are able to look at this, maybe we can help identify the problem somehow? What does it take to get someone looking at reports? I heard you are extremely understaffed and it is very hard to get information to the right people. Maybe someone could just read the Gray Host zonechat on Playstation EU in the hours after the maintenance on 03.August?

If you've went through the connection troubleshooting and still have issues, we recommend that you go ahead and open a ticket with customer support.

Of course i opened a ticket. 3 weeks ago. On the day this problem started. Same as countless other players have. Some of us are trying to report new problems with the game all the time. But somehow our reports are not being heard and nobody is even looking. (You can see that customer support has not watched your linked youtube videos in analytics.)

I imagine it would be impossible to investigate every report when so many players are having different issues in this game. But this one affected the whole PvP playerbase and killed the whole campaign Gray Host Playstation EU. It would be nice if someone just took a look at it for 10 minutes. As i said, reading the zonechat after the maintenance on the 3rd of August would indicate a big new problem. Or maybe someone could read the discussions i linked? I do not know if it is possible to get someone to investigate this problem. All i can do is try to report it. But it has been 3 weeks, and we got no real answers, no info, no update, nothing.

Sorry for my late answer. [snip] My ticket has been closed weeks ago for not being helpful. If you wanted to know what's going on with PvP (and especially Gray Host at the moment), you could have read the links i posted, or just the text in this discussion here. By the way: Blackreach was good for a while, now even that campaign is getting worse again.
